We only have access to information that you voluntarily give us via contact, estimate, payment forms, or other direct contact from you including email or telephone. We will use your information to respond to you regarding the reason you contacted us. Unless you ask us not to, we may contact you via email in the future to tell you about specials, new products or services, or changes to this privacy policy.

Daniel Robert Remodeling takes precautions to protect your information. When you submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job such as billing or customer service are granted access to personally identifiable information. Wherever we collect sensitive information such as credit card data, that information is encrypted and transmitted to us in a secure way. NEW JERSEY RIGHT OF RESCISSION

Daniel Robert Remodeling will honor the New Jersey right of rescission. All customers will have 3 business days to fully cancel a project with no penalty. We will not submit any material orders during this rescission period. Once the right of rescission period is over, all cancellations will be subject to a 25% restocking fee (25% of the total cost of the project). We will not be required to return a deposit, unless the total amount is more than 25% of the total project, in which case we will return anything over 25%.

By submitting credit card information online via our secure payment page, you agree that payments made on your account for services rendered or to be rendered by Daniel Robert Remodeling are subject to the policies outlined above.
