Lead Installer

What You’ll Do

• Lead and manage a crew of Journeymen and Apprentices on active jobsites
• Oversee daily operations to keep projects running on time and on budget
• Execute and supervise installations across remodeling projects (bathrooms, kitchens, basements, and exteriors)
• Ensure all work meets Daniel Robert Remodeling’s quality standards and building codes
• Train and guide team members on proper installation techniques and best practices
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized jobsite at all times
• Communicate daily progress, updates, and any challenges with the General Production Manager
• Document job progress with photos and notes in CompanyCam
• Manage change orders, selections, and project details in Leap
• Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure materials and deliveries are on schedule
• Serve as the main point of contact for homeowners on-site, delivering a professional and positive experience
• Troubleshoot issues and proactively solve problems to keep projects moving forward

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in residential remodeling and installation across multiple service areas
• Previous experience leading and managing a crew
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety standards
• Ability to read and interpret project plans and specifications
• A hands-on leader who takes pride in quality craftsmanship
• Strong communication skills with both team members and homeowners
• Organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple moving parts on a jobsite
• Problem-solver who can think on their feet and keep projects on track
• Commitment to maintaining a clean, safe, and professional work environment
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
