What You’ll Do
- Respond to inbound leads quickly through phone, text, and email
- Enter and manage all leads in the CRM, ensuring accurate tracking by source and service
- Qualify and assign leads to the appropriate sales representative
- Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments for the sales team
- Follow up with leads using a structured cadence to improve conversion rates
- Reschedule missed or postponed appointments to maintain a full pipeline
- Track and update lead statuses including set, completed, rescheduled, canceled, and no-show
- Maintain organized sales calendars to support team efficiency
- Communicate with Sales and Marketing teams to ensure alignment on lead flow
- Assist with tracking conversion rates and overall pipeline performance
