What You’ll Do
- Lead full-cycle recruiting (job postings, interviews, hiring, onboarding)
- Manage employee onboarding, paperwork, and benefits enrollment
- Oversee payroll, compensation, and benefits administration
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, employee records, and workplace safety (OSHA)
- Support employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management
- Help develop training programs, career growth paths, and leadership development
- Maintain and update company policies, handbook, and HR systems (HRIS)
- Track key HR metrics like hiring, retention, and performance trends
- Partner with leadership on workforce planning and hiring needs
