Exteriors Sales Representative

Daniel Robert Remodeling is seeking a motivated and results-driven Exteriors Sales Representative to join our growing team. This role focuses on helping homeowners bring their exterior remodeling projects to life, including roofing, siding, windows, doors, decks, and porches. You’ll guide clients through the entire sales process—from initial consultation to project handoff—while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

What You’ll Do

  • Meet with homeowners to assess needs and provide solutions for exterior remodeling projects
  • Conduct in-home consultations, inspections, and project walkthroughs
  • Prepare and present detailed proposals, pricing, and product recommendations
  • Educate clients on materials, timelines, warranties, and financing options
  • Follow up on leads, maintain pipeline, and manage sales opportunities through CRM
  • Collaborate with project managers and production teams to ensure smooth project transitions
  • Stay up to date on product offerings, trends, and industry best practices
  • Represent Daniel Robert Remodeling with professionalism and strong communication

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in in-home sales, construction sales, or exterior remodeling preferred
  • Strong knowledge of roofing, siding, windows, doors, or decking systems
  • Experience with CertainTeed products is a plus
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and closing skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to manage time and sales pipeline effectively
  • Comfortable working evenings and weekends as needed to meet with homeowners
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Education & Experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus
  • 5+ years of sales experience preferred (home improvement or construction industry strongly preferred)
