Apprentice

As an Apprentice at Daniel Robert Remodeling, you’ll get hands-on experience learning the remodeling trade from the ground up. Working alongside Lead Installers and Journeymen, you’ll support active jobsites while building foundational skills in tools, materials, and installation techniques. This is a great opportunity for someone who is motivated, dependable, and ready to learn, with a clear path for growth within the company.

What You’ll Do

  • Assist with basic installation tasks across remodeling projects (bathrooms, kitchens, basements, and exteriors)
  • Support Lead Installers and Journeymen with daily jobsite needs
  • Help with material handling, setup, and project prep
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized jobsite at all times
  • Learn how to properly use tools, take measurements, and follow installation techniques
  • Follow company safety protocols and guidelines
  • Observe and learn from experienced team members to build your skills
  • Contribute to a positive, team-oriented work environment

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong willingness to learn and grow in the remodeling/construction field
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Reliable, punctual, and ready to show up each day
  • Ability to take direction and work as part of a team
  • Basic understanding of tools is a plus, but not required
  • Safety-minded with attention to detail
  • Motivated to build a long-term career in the trades
  • Valid driver’s license preferred
