Interior Sales Representative

Daniel Robert Remodeling is seeking a creative and client-focused Interiors Sales Representative to join our growing team. This role focuses on helping homeowners design and plan interior remodeling projects, including kitchens and bathrooms. You’ll guide clients from initial consultation through design and proposal, combining sales expertise with an eye for layout, function, and finishes to deliver an exceptional experience.

What You’ll Do

  • Meet with homeowners to understand needs, style preferences, and budget
  • Conduct in-home consultations and take measurements for kitchen and bathroom projects
  • Create layouts, selections, and visual concepts using design software
  • Present design ideas, material selections, and detailed proposals
  • Educate clients on products, timelines, and remodeling process
  • Manage leads and follow-ups through CRM to maintain a strong sales pipeline
  • Collaborate with project managers and production teams for seamless project handoff
  • Stay up to date on design trends, materials, and product offerings

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in interior remodeling sales, kitchen and bath design, or related field
  • Proficiency in design software (such as 2020 Design, Chief Architect, SketchUp, or similar)
  • Strong understanding of space planning, cabinetry, materials, and finishes
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and closing skills
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to balance creativity and functionality
  • Self-motivated and organized with strong time management skills
  • Comfortable meeting with clients in-home, including evenings/weekends as needed

Education & Experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Marketing, or related field is a plus
