Project Manager

What You’ll Do

• Lead projects from pre-construction through final punch list and closeout
• Conduct pre-construction walkthroughs to confirm scope, details, and expectations
• Build and manage detailed project schedules to keep timelines on track
• Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and vendors throughout the project lifecycle
• Manage change orders, selections, and all project documentation
• Perform quality control checks at key stages to ensure work meets company standards
• Complete final walkthroughs and closeout packages
• Communicate proactively with homeowners, providing updates and setting expectations
• Identify potential risks or delays early and implement solutions to keep projects moving
• Ensure subcontractors meet all requirements and compliance standards before accessing jobsites

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in construction project management
• Strong understanding of scheduling, coordination, and jobsite operations
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities at once
• Excellent communication skills with both customers and internal teams
• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and organization
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to anticipate challenges and manage risk proactively
• Professional, dependable, and customer-focused mindset
• Valid driver’s license (MVR check required)
